Patrick Coates

Patrick has over 25 years of working in learning and skills with a particular focus on the use of technology enabled learning, including; learning management systems, e-assessment and e-learning. Patrick has experience of working on the use of technology to support large-scale technology enabled change in the corporate and Government sectors; and, more recently has been focussing on the use of technology and assessment to support workforce development and employability in the middle-east and Africa.
